Visit by WRGNW to the Lancaster Canal in March 2010 to clear vegetation from around the bywashes and chambers of several of the locks on the Tewitfield Flight, in conjunction with members of the Lancaster Canal Trust.
Another visit by WRGNW to the Hollinwood Canal at Daisy Nook, Droylsden in March 2010. Work involved resetting some coping stones above Lock 21, including removing a large tree stump, then various vegetation management works around the locks and spillway.
Joint visit by WRGNW and Essex WRG in April 2010 to the Lichfield Canal to further progress on the new bywash at Lock 25 alongside Tamworth Road, Lichfield. See the massive progress since our last visit in May 2009.
