Ltd has a wide range of equipment. These are some of the main items
which are used in the course of duplicating and sound recording. |
 |
Our first
duplicating system is a CopyPro MiniMax with three disc drives and
a PowerPro black thermal CD printer. This has two Pioneer CD/DVD
burners and we have added a Plextor CD burner especially for making
audio CDs. The system is fully automated, duplicating and printing
up to 100 discs in each batch without any operator intervention. |
|
The FlashJet 4800 is
the most advanced CD/DVD color imager ever manufactured by R-Quest
Technologies . It delivers all the performance you need for high-volume,
high-quality disc printing. With incredible 4800 dpi print resolution
- the best in the world - all of your discs will have the sharpest
text, graphics and photos. Colours are bright, vibrant and truly
photo-quality. Your discs will look highly professional, creating
a positive, lasting impression.

The recent
purchase of an automated R-Quest TCP-7200 duplicator with Teac printer
now provides the option of either doubling throughput or running
two jobs at once, achieving greater efficiency and a faster turnround
for customers. This machine can handle batches of up to 200 discs
at a time. |
| The new
Teac P-55 thermal transfer colour printer enables us to offer full-colour
thermal on-disc printing. This state-of-the-art machine has redefined
the industry standard. The revolutionary new printing system uses
dye sublimation to produce outstanding photo-quality images at 400
dpi - the highest resolution available today in thermal printing
and a great improvement on screen printing. |
 |
| The
finished image is permanent and UV stable, so it doesn't smear and
it doesn't fade. Best of all, the printer works in conjunction with
the automated duplicating system, enabling fast, top-quality results
to be obtained in quantities from a single disc to several thousands.

It has four matched capsules and is designed to capture sound in
three dimensions to produce surround sound. However, it is also
extremely effective at producing a highly accurate point source
stereo signal. |
