Our DVD replication service provides you with glass-mastered DVD-ROMs which are identical to commercial DVDs. Discs and inserts are printed by the screen print or litho process. Turnaround time is typically 8 to 12 working days, but quicker delivery times can often be arranged at extra cost. There is a minimum order of 500 units. Reduced delivery times can sometimes be arranged at extra cost. For smaller quantities or very fast turnaround, we recommend our in-house DVD-R copying service - see DVD Duplication.

Unlike some of our competitors, the prices below include glass mastering and all films required for printing. The only extra charge you need to pay is for delivery. Please note that glass master and films are usually retained at the pressing plant, so re-runs should work out cheaper - especially the 500+ rate. Please note that as this is a professional service, these prices are exclusive of VAT.

The prices below are for DVD5 discs - ie. standard single-sided, single layer 4.7GB DVD-ROMs which hold 4.37GB of data. We can also supply DVD9 discs, which are single-sided dual-layer 8.5GB DVD-ROMs which hold 7.95GB of data - please ask for a quotation.

All duplication prices assume that you supply the master on DVD media and the artwork in a suitable computer file format. . The following table shows the price per DVD in pounds sterling:

DVD only includes glass mastering from your master DVD (up to 4.37GB), replication and on-disc full colour printing.

The Standard DVD Package includes glass mastering from your master DVD (up to 4.37GB), replication, on-disc full colour printing, cover wrap in colour (one side only) and packing discs and covers into standard black DVD cases with cellophane overwrap.

However, we can supply whatever specification you require, such as different DVD formats, booklets, different cases such as CD cases, pvc, paper or card wallets, Digipaks and C-shells. If you have a special requirement, please ask us for a quote.

Please note that you must have an MCPS licence for any music which is to be duplicated and you or your customer must own the copyright of any video and data content. We shall need written confirmation before proceeding.
We are able to undertake transfers from videotape, MPEG coding and basic authoring and mastering - please ask for a quotation.
A copy of your master and any artwork may be archived, in case you should require further copies.
